Finding a use for used coffee grounds

For those of you who are recycling conscious and love coffee, I've run across these tips from different resources. The ones I'm listing below happened to come from the October 2006 issue of Good Housekeeping magazine:

• spread them on flower beds, especially over plants that thrive on acid, such as azaleas and rhododendrons.
• put dry grounds in an old plastic container with a lid with holes poked in it. it acts as an odor absorber in the refrigerator.
• rub some grounds over your hands after handing onions, garlic, or fish, to get rid of the odor.
